Hiroki Mogami
PROFILE
While aspiring to become a mystery writer, he was approached by Kazuki who was preparing to launch CONNECT+ECHO, ultimately leading him to join the company.
Without much prior knowledge, he studied Unity → C# → Wwise in that order. After struggling through textbooks that seemed to have no intention of explaining things clearly, he encountered the “Wwise 101 Certification” and was deeply impressed by how easy it was to understand.
Later, he was inspired by books such as “Mastering Game Development with Unreal Engine 4” by Born Digital, “How Programs Work” by Nikkei BP, and “Robert’s C++ Tutorial” by Mainichi Communications. At the same time, he is passionate about improving the learning path for intermediate-level skills - that is absolutely necessary for beginners to advance - as it often relies too heavily to on-the-job experience.
His hobbies are reviewing novels, films, and games. Since starting in 2006, he has written 5,000 reviews as of 2025. His favorite writer is William Faulkner, his favorite actor is Clint Eastwood, and his favorite drama is “Ginrou Kaiki File.”
Looking forward to working with you.

Joined CONNECT+ECHO
An executive of the company who's more like a freelancer, or perhaps a scruffy Snufkin. Sound Implementer by title, but actually a glorified errand runner.
