The usage environment is evaluated from perspectives such as data handling conditions, access control, and log management, and is placed under appropriate management.

3. Appropriate Handling of Information

Information handled in relation to AI is managed thoroughly according to its level of importance.

In particular, confidential information, personal information, and information related to intellectual property are handled under strict management standards.

4. Promotion of Data Minimization and Anonymization

Where necessary, we abstract or anonymize information and, in principle, use it in a form that does not identify specific individuals or confidential matters.

Through this, we aim to balance the use of AI with information protection.

5. Controlled Exceptional Operations

When exceptional handling is required due to specific business requirements, it is operated in a limited and appropriate manner under a predefined approval process and management structure.
