AI Policy

Guidelines on the Use of AI

We recognize the innovative value that AI technology brings to society and business, and actively make use of it.

At the same time, our use of AI is governed by the requirements and guidelines of our clients and partners, while maintaining these relationships built on trust. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations is also a fundamental requirement, and we regard these principles as our highest priorities.

Basic Principles for the Use of AI

1. Compliance with Contracts, Laws, and Regulations

We give the highest priority to the terms of our contracts with clients and partners, and determine whether AI may be used based on those terms.

We strictly comply with contractual restrictions and legal requirements, and place the highest importance on maintaining relationships of trust.

2. Use in a Security-Controlled Environment

The use of AI is limited to situations where we have verified safety and operational conditions.

Its usage is evaluated from perspectives such as the handling of data, access management, log keeping, and is then managed under appropriate management.

3. Appropriate Handling of Information

Information handled in relation to AI is managed thoroughly according to its level of sensitivity.

In particular, confidential information, personal information, and information related to intellectual property are handled under strict management standards.

4. Commitment to Data Minimization and Anonymization

Where necessary, we abstract or anonymize information and, in principle, use it in a form that does not identify specific individuals or confidential matters.

Through this, we aim to balance the use of AI with information protection.

5. Controlled use outside of Standard Operation

When the use of AI is required due to specific business needs outside of standard operations, it is applied in a limited and appropriate manner under a predefined approval process and management framework.

In such operations, data handling conditions and the scope of use are clearly defined, and are managed in a way that allows for records and auditing.

Our Commitment

We regard AI not merely as a tool for efficiency, but as a foundational technology that expands human creativity and ability to create meaningful works.

Based on this premise, we place importance on the following:

 - Compliance with contracts, laws, and regulations

 - Maintaining relationships of trust with clients and partners

 - Ensuring information security and privacy protection

 - Transparent operations

While AI is a technology that should be actively utilized, its use always comes with responsibility.

We will continue to monitor technological progress and regulatory trends, while promoting the safe and sustainable use of AI.
