Hiroki Mogami
PROFILE
He joined CONNECT+ECHO after being approached by Kitamura, who was preparing to start the company at the time, while he was aspiring to become a mystery writer.
He studied in the order of Unity, C#, and then Wwise. After struggling through textbooks that seemed to have no intention of explaining things clearly, he encountered “Wwise 101 Certification” and was deeply impressed by how easy it was to understand.
Later, he was inspired by books such as “Mastering Game Development with Unreal Engine 4” by Born Digital, “How Programs Work” by Nikkei BP, and “Robert’s C++ Tutorial” by Mainichi Communications. At the same time, he continues to feel that something must be done about the current situation, where the intermediate-level learning flow that is absolutely necessary for beginners to advance is often left too heavily to on-the-job experience.
His hobbies are reviewing novels, films, and games. Since starting in 2006, he has written 5,000 reviews as of 2025. His favorite writer is William Faulkner, his favorite actor is Clint Eastwood, and his favorite drama is “Ginrou Kaiki File.” Looking forward to working with you.
